Objectives: User and Revenue Growth
Finding applicable startups and signing them onto Pindo to test Pindo’s Voice AI product. This involves:
- Setting up acquisition goals for Pindo
- Doing user research around biggest needs and market positioning
- Creating and testing an offering + pricing model for different startups
- Taking on user feedback and turning that into
- Learnings
- Content for the pitch deck
- Traction and projections
Success measured by:
- Value proposition created
- Customers onboarded
- Revenue
Goals on each to be set after kickoff meeting
Deliverables
- Weekly Growth Syncs → where we check in on progress made, findings and decide on implementation for the week.
- User Feedback → Speaking to customers (new and existing) to understand their needs and write a value proposition and pricing model
- Minimum Viable Testing (MVTs) → Testing different methods of user growth (finding channels to test in, testing video, in person/virtual events etc).
- Content creation → Creating valuable, simplified content for Pindo’s marketing and fundraising collateral.
